Today each Amazing Paper Grace Creative Team member shares their creations with the Christmas Cottage die. Charming Cottage is versatile and in addition to making a charming Christmas cottage - you can make things for holidays and special occasions throughout the year.
I created a Christmas Cottage scene using a Christmas Cottage box die. I just die cut at the front a square window using a die from Charming Cottage Box die set and added an acetate. On the top I added poinsettia from Cinch and Go Poinsettia die set.
When I had the box ready (windows and the background inside the box) I die cut the same square and created a scene on it and when all was dry and ready to go to the box I just added it inside. It is all nice and sparkle in real life.
I also created a box with sweets for a friend. This time to create a window I used a rectangle die from the same Charming Cottage Box die set. I die cut the box first and then die cut the window placing it just over the top fold. Then I scored the box and added acetate to the window. I used double sided tape to add acetate.
The Charming Cottage die is available on the Spellbinders website. UK Creators may purchase it at https://hopeandchances.co.uk and although it has sold out, stock is expected quickly and it can be preordered to ensure getting one.
