Happy Birthday Make a Scene Card

Today I would like to share another Make a Scene card. 

As a member of the Amazing Paper Grace Creative Team, I receive free dies to use in my projects. 

To create this card I used Spellbinders S5-440 - Celebration Scene. To construct the card base I used Spellbinders S6-165 - Make a Scene Card Base.

At the front of the card I added a sentiment from Spellbinders STP-025 - Make a Scene Sentiments Clear Stamp Set.

At the front I added, on 3D tape, a decorative frame from Spellbinders S6-168 - Scallop Facade Frame.

For my card base I used textured watercolour paper. I painted it with Jane Davenport Watercolors. Then I splashed with white water based paint.

The PULL letters that are on the sides I die cut. Before I remove letters from the die cut I added some glue behind. Then I placed it on the side, pressed down and then removed the letters from the die cut. I have found that this way is easier to add glue behind the tiny letters.
