Introducing Royal Flourish | Card and Box Ensembles

Glimmeristas, I hope you are ready for more Glimmer Fun!!!  We have a new mini collection we are introducing today called Royal Flourish. With two card fronts as well as an oval border shape and square border shape - we'll have some stash-worthy things for you to look at. We thought it would be fun to make a card and a matching box using some of our favorite die sets and the new Royal Flourish Glimmer Plates. It's easy to do and is a show stopper when we need to give a gift.

Inspiration for Royal Flourish

Have you ever noticed during period dramas like Game of Thrones that the Royalty each have their own insignia and way of writing? It's so cool and really fascinating that these things mattered to them.  There was actually a lot of thought and flair behind the written word.   It’s really no different today; we all have our own flourishes of style that we lay down to call things our own.  It was this spirit of honing a style that Becca said provided the inspiration for Royal Flourish.  Glimmer is such a lovely way to add rich detail and embellishment!

We've been especially loving using borders with glimmer.  For this collection, Becca created two border sets that you can cut with Hemstitch Squares and Hemstitch Ovals.  Card fronts that can take a sentiment seem to be the favorite, so happily there are two details plates that will make lovely frames to your favorite sentiments.
My Project For Today:

Today I am sharing a wedding day card and a box that I decorated with Glass Frame plate using holographic foil.

I fussy cut the frame and I used Spellbinders S4-948 - Christmas Boughs frame under my plate. Flowers on my projects are Spellbinders S4-867 - Cinch and Go Flowers III.

The hot foil I used is from Spellbinders GLF-012 - Metallic and Holographic variety pack.

Availability:

These plates are available right now on the Spellbinders website —–>HERE

Don't you just love a die that does double duty?  We thought so!  Today we're are having a blog hop to show you how the dies in The Charming Christmas Collection can be used year round; after all, it's not Christmas.  No worries, Christmas is coming and we'll press A Charming Christmas back into service this year but in the meantime, please join us for some year-round inspiration and a giveaway at the bottom of the post.

It's Not Christmas but About A Charming Christmas

Becca designed A Charming Christmas with lovely romantic frames and shapes and with charms.  Leave the charms in the package and you have a lovely 'everyday' die that is begging to be used all year round.  Hop around with us as we reintroduce you to the non-Christmas side of A Charming Christmas.

My Projects For Today.

****The die I'm showing today is Spellbinders S4-948 - Charming Christmas Boughs.

Merry and Bright

Today I am sharing a Merry and Bright Christmas card. I decorated my card with a beautiful frame. The frame is from Spellbinders S4-948 - Charming Christmas Boughs.

Moją dzisiejszą kartę świąteczną udekorowałam śliczną ramką z zestawu Spellbinders S4-948 - Charming Christmas Boughs.

On my card a added a bauble which is also from the same die set like the frame and I also added handmade poinsettia. To create poinsettia I used Spellbinders S4-960 - Cinch and Go Poinsettia.

Na kartkę dodałam bombkę, która jest w zestawie z ramką oraz poisencję, do zrobienia której użyłam Spellbinders S4-960 - Cinch and Go Poinsettia.

Have a nice day!
Miłego dnia!
Joanna
